OUTDATED REGULATIONS REFORM
Individual Real Estate Property Owners and Congress
have an important OBLIGATION to protect our market
from the abusive real estate services.
APPRAISERS' REGULATIONS MUST BE PERIODICALLY REVISED, AND INTELLIGENTLY ADJUSTED TO CHANGING MARKET CIRCUMSTANCES.

Dear Sir/Madam:
Recent U.S. real estate sale-tags are falsely representing the actual values and equity of real estate properties. These values are outrageously discounted and property owners valuable equity is getting uselessly wasted for no intelligent reason.
Talking about Financial Bubbles breeding lenders' accounting fraud is an issue of the past.
At the present time the real estate appraisers' regulations CRIPPLE our real estate market more than ANY real estate services manipulations, such as lenders’ money games, miscalculated market analysis or homeowners’ mass hysteria.
APPRAISERS MUST STOP comparing our sound-standing properties based upon FORECLOSURES sold next door.
The new, corrected appraisers' regulations shall instruct all appraisers to isolate FORECLOSURES from the rest of their "comps", for the same reason as we put Plague patients in quarantine, preventing healthy individuals from getting contaminated.
FOR CREATING A CIRCULATING HEALTHY MARKET, WE HAVE TO RESTORE OUR PROPERTY VALUE.
The fast declining value of the U.S. dollar has been completely ignored in the real estate appraisers’ routine calculations, and all recent property evaluations.
The Real Estate Property evaluations, sale prices, and a fast weakening, inflated dollar value must be all coordinated.
Therefore, the housing and other real estate property dollar amounts must be increased and adjusted to the recent dollar value, just like other increasing prices for gas, food, medications, insurance, utilities or building materials.
Property owners, including single family home, commercial, industrial and rural property owners, MUST learn that NO ONE, but the property owners themselves, have the right to analyze their own marketing situation, and approve or disapprove their sale prices.
We believe that we have the best and the most positively effective solutions to our market crises.
These solutions are aimed to rescue property owners. However not only a falling apart real state institution will greatly benefit from the corrected fair housing pricing, but our whole economy will have a great economic boost, even without any painful for the taxpayers bailouts.
None of the real estate services, such as lending, brokerage, insurance or appraisal, as well as financial analysts have any rights to manipulate our real estate market and homeowners' investment and decisions.
Only Property Owners, including single family home,
commercial, industrial and rural property owners have their exclusive legal rights to approve or disapprove their sale
prices.
